Can you use one PAK to acitavate several licenses?

Yes, you can order BULK PAKs in order to do such thing.

What is a License Future?

A licnese future is an abulity that a license is able to unlock on your device or router.

What is a Subscription in license?

Some licenses are for 1 year of use or so, these types of licenses require renewing and subscriptions.

What is a counted or uncounted license?

Uncounted or Counted Licenses. Feature-based licenses are either uncountedlicenses or counted licenses. ... Counted licenses have an attribute to fulfill for a certain number of counts. In other words, a count is associated with them that indicates the instances of that feature available for use in the system.

Why this error appears on my ISR G2?

*Mar 22 21:17:23.611: %CERM-4-RX_BW_LIMIT: Maximum Rx Bandwidth limit of 85000 Kbps reached for Crypto functionality with securityk9 technology package license

When the IPSec Tunnel speed would get more then 85Mbps from one side, or 170Mbps from both sides, and you would not have HSEC-k9 on the router then you'll get that message.
